Info: This is a good news/bad news book. This Hardback book is signed and dated by the author. Unfortunately, the book shows considerable shelf wear. It is in easily readable condition.
Condition: The book itself is in decent condition, but the DJ is in rather poor shape. the book has a straight spine. Boards are scuffed. There is wear to the top and bottom of the spine of both the DJ and the book itself. All the pages are intact and without serious damage. The book is in readable condition. DJ covers show considerable shelf wear. There are numerous small rips and tears and creases. No writing/markings in the book other what is shown in the photo.
Additional Info: I did not personally witness the book being signed, but I believe the signature to be genuine. Given the condition of the book, I'm not sure of what the value of this book is.
