with you as you surf the auctions. Right down what the auction includes
when looking for the best price. We include custom designs with custom
created images. You have FULL say in how the design will look and are
provided
with revisions along the design process.

you a trusted company ?
Yes we are and have been
on the web for 9 years. This is real company with 90% of repeat
customers.
With that high a rating of customers who come back we must be doing
something
right.
Are
you the cheapest on ebay ?
No we are not and we don't
even try to compete with the cheap ebay designers. If you want a slap
together, pre-fab design.... we are not the company for you. We are a
custom
graphic house, we provide designs that stand out on the web. The best
marketing
is a site that is appealing to the eye. If you have a site that wow's
your
visitors we guarantee they will be emailing your URL around for people
just to see your impressive designs.
Does
price matter ?
For what we give you we
are the cheapest around. But if you want a cheap design you get what
you pay for. And that means customer support as well.
Is
there customer support?
We offer full support and
keep your files for years. Many customers who had a design done 5
years ago have emailed back hoping we had a copy of their files. To
their
amazement we had all their files and emailed them a copy for FREE. We
only
CHARGE by how much time something takes. Emailing a back up copy takes
no time and thus no charge. Another reason we are the best deal.
What
fees do you charge after the work is completed ?
Again we charge only by
how much time something will take. Changing a image on a site may incur
no charge to $5.00. We do not charge you for 5 mins of work. Many
designers
charge for every little thing. Some even charge for talking to you on
the
phone. WE do not agree with such policies and do not apply them. We are
honest and fair........ and only charge to get our basic hourly
wage.
Why
are you strict on payment options and samples?
We have been burned too
often and had to become strict on payments. We do no work until we have
payment. That means samples as well. The reason behind this is it is
too
easy to steal designs. In the past we have had some people email us for
samples for free. Once we emailed such samples they went to the
cheapest
designer on ebay and had them copy our samples.
Is
there a money back guarantee or refunds?
No... we provide
services and you are paying for our time. There is no such thing as a
return
policy on services.
We give
refunds only if we
feel the design you desire can not be filled by us. But once a sample
has
been sent the refund policy maybe null and void. Only on very RARE
occasions
do we give refunds or partial refunds after work has been done. Reason
is 90% of the price is for the design process and a sample is 90% of
the
time a design takes.
