Here's how it works:
- You send a high resolution digital picture upon buying the auction.
- Send the relative info along with the picture.
- Turnaround time will be within 24 hours or it's free - full refund. (24 hours from the time your picture and info was sent to the time it's sent back)
- Two files will be emailed back to you - A high resolution file for printing and a lower resolution file suitable for emailing.
Digital files should be at least 1600 by 1200 pixels but even up to twice that is fine.
