This listing is for custom bingo cards in the form of a .PDF file which will be sent via E-mail. I can include however many game cards you need all for the same price. You will be responsible for printing and cutting the cards yourself, but I'm happy to help with suggestions. Feel free to Contact Me with any questions.
If you prefer that I print your cards and mail, those are available for $1.60 per set of 2 cards plus $4.80 shipping, which I have available in other listings.
My bingo cards are made to match my baby shower invitations, but I'd be happy to work with you if you need different colors or a different theme than what I currently offer.
Themes shown in this listing include: Queen of the Jungle, King of the Jungle, Elephant Stitch, Mod Jungle Tales, Mod Turtle, Giggling Turtle, Sweet Pea, Handsome Puppy, Winnie the Pooh, and Buggy & Stripes.
Here's what you'll receive:
1. One .PDF file (sent via E-mail) containing all of your bingo cards and calling cards for you to print and cut out.
2. Each card contains baby-related words with the option of adding 5-10 words of your choice to personalize them even more! (Names, places, month, etc.)
3. Each word is added to a calling card, for the moderator to draw a card and call out the word.
4. Proofs can be E-mailed ONLY UPON REQUEST. It will be your responsibility to make sure any information you provide is correctly spelled, so please double check prior to sending.
5. You'll need a program that can open .pdf files, such as Adobe Reader (which is a free download).
6. You'll need to supply the markers to cover the squares.
Once you've placed your order: Email me at klj77@hotmail.com with the following info (or provide the details in the note section of your PayPal payment):
1. Ebay user ID.
2. # of bingo cards you need in the .pdf file.
3. Personalized info (name and date of shower)
4. Design choice.
5. Font choice(s). You can view a list of fonts at embellishedrelish.com/Font_List.html (An easy readable font should be used for the game board, but fancier ones can be used in the header.)
6. 5-10 words of your choice (optional). These usually include baby's name, family members names, nicknames, places, month/year - basically anything to personalize them.

Payment
PayPal is the accepted method of payment. Payment must be received within 3 days of purchase. I'm pretty flexible as long as you communicate with me, so if you need extra time just let me know.
Shipping
I ship to the U.S., Canada, and Mexico; however, international customers are welcome to purchase the .pdf file for $9.95 to print your own Bingo cards (available in another listing or contact me to set up a listing for you. I ship via Priority Flat Rate for $4.80. I've found it's the best method for durability of the package, not likely to get lost in transit, comes with free delivery confirmation #, and it's quick (avg. of 2-3 business days). I combine shipping; if adding on additional items, $4.80 is the total shipping that you'll pay for your entire order. Once your order is completed, I generally ship the following business day. Insurance is optional; I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items, so purchase insurance at your own discretion.
Terms of Sale
Processing Time: Please send info. to me in a timely manner. Proofs for Bingo cards will be sent ONLY UPON REQUEST. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received your proof after 2 days. Processing time may take between 1-5 days once payment is received, depending on current workload and communication with you. I will try to give you an estimate for completion once you place an order, but you're welcome to inquire at any time. Please make sure that the processing/shipping time does not conflict with your deadline.
Returns: As my items are customized, I cannot accept returns. Please make sure everything meets your satisfaction in regards to the proof that I email. It is your responsibility to proof all of the text to make sure there are no typographical errors and that it contains all of the information you need. We'll work together on any changes to ensure you love the final product.
Copyright: I retain the copyright to all of my designs. Some graphics are copyrighted by other artists/companies and are to be used for the intended purpose only. I do not own the copyright to the licensed character graphics, but according to fair use law you're granted personal use of those images. If purchasing the digital media, you agree not use the graphics/design elements for any other purpose or make them available to others.
