Chocolate Box Invitations is dedicated to making your event memorable from the very beginning.  Our goal is to make your invitations as unique as your event.  Most of the invitation designs can be customized to fit your budget & your personal event style OR an invitation can be custom designed just for you.

Ordering:

·        Payment is due within 3 days of purchasing

Processing:

This invitation style is usually shipped within 7-14 business days, sometimes less. Large or multiple item orders may be subject to additional time for processing/shipping.  Processing/shipping time frame calculated from the time you approve your proof for printing (not from date ordered). Rush orders can sometimes be accommodated, and in most cases will incur an additional rush fee.  Please contact us if you are unsure about the completion deadline before placing an order.

Mix n’ Match:

Like an element from several invitation designs? At CBI you can “Mix n’ Match” graphics, embellishments, etc. from most of the different designs to create your own unique invitation.  Below are several of the most requested embellishments that are available.  Don’t see what you want listed?  Just because it’s not listed doesn’t mean it’s not available, so please ask!

·        Additional inserts for directions, accommodations, etc.

·        Small round Swarovski Crystals (many colors available)

·        Large round Swarovski Crystals (many colors available)

·        Ribbon (1 ½ inch, 1 inch, 5/8 inch, 3/8 inch, 1/8 inch available in many colors, satin, grosgrain or sheer)

·        Metallic cardstock and envelopes in additional colors

·        Matte inner envelopes

·        Return address printing

·        Guest address printing

·        Coordinating products available to match most designs: programs, place cards, thank you cards, menu cards, table numbers, etc.

Samples:

Samples of the invitations are available.  Simply enter the quantity of samples you’d like.  Samples will NOT be personalized with your event information, but can be customized with your color scheme (if applicable).  If you would like your sample customized, PLEASE e-mail me the customization information and/or the invitation design you’d like to see the sample in within 24 hours of purchasing or mention it in the “note” section when you make your payment.

Additional Information:

Because the invitations are custom made to each individuals preferences- no refunds will be issued ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PLEASE double and triple check the information, spelling, punctuation, etc. on your digital proofs- if the proof is approved but later it turns out there is an error- I will happily resolve the issue BUT additional design/reprinting fees will be applied as well as additional shipping costs (if applicable). All design decisions (type of invitation, color schemes, etc.) are considered final at time of payment, unless otherwise noted. Any changes made to the design after payment has been received are subject to additional fees. Samples are available for purchase; it is recommended that you purchase one prior to your purchase. I cannot guarantee the end result of DIY products as they are "Do-It-Yourself" projects. Purchasing shipping insurance is the responsibility of the client; I cannot be held responsible for damages to the products after they have shipped.
