* The top is corset halter style made of two birthday fabrics and coordinating polk-a-dot fabric and is smocked at the back. The corset ties & halter ties are a thick blue grosgrain ribbon. The length is 10.5'' and flat across the top is 9'' un-stretched and 12'' stretched.
*Layered twirls skirt with an elastic waist and matching fabric, tulle added to the middle layer for that extra puff, just gorgeous! Waist measures 7 and 3/4'' flat across the to un-stretched and 14'' stretched, 10'' in length.

E-Checks: There is a 4-6 day hold on these and items can’t ship until funds clear. If using this method please make payment at the end of auction due to the amount of time this payment takes to clear.
Fees
The stated shipping price is the actual shipping costs based on weight plus a $2.50 handling fee and $0.18 for delivery confirmation (which is what USPS charges and is required by PayPal.) If you do not like these addit. fees please do not bid.

First Class (items up to 13oz): 2-9 Days
Parcel Post: 2-9 Days
Express Mail: Next Day
Shipping insurance is optional but always recommended as I am not at all responsible for lost or damaged items if insurance is not purchased and I can always provide proof of shipping. I check every item over before packaging and package with care. By not purchasing insurance, you are having your items shipped at your own risk!
I offer a combined shipping!
International bidders: I only ship priority (6-10 Days), as it is the only method, besides express, that can be tracked and insured. Buyer is responsible for all customs fees and I will not alter customs forms so that you do not have to pay these.
Delivery
Items will be shipped within 1-business day of cleared payment. If there is a question about the shipping time or when the item was shipped please look at the date printed on the shipping label of your item, this is when your item was shipped out. I cannot control how long the USPS takes after it leaves my hands!
I do have two small children so sometimes things come up, if there is a delay with your shipment you will be contacted ASAP. Thank You!
Refunds & Returns
Ask any and all questions before bidding. Unless otherwise stated, all items are used.
Typically, I do not offer refunds. I am an honest seller and state everything in the listing; I do not feel that you will have any reason to return an item. But if you feel that there is a problem with your item please contact me ASAP. I will do my best to resolve any issues. Although I will not grant returns for size issues as sizes are always listed, if you need measurements then please ask.
