This set is just beautiful! I am including the matching flower hair clip! Made by Once In A Blue Moon and would best fit 18-24M to 2T,but please check measurements. The top ties around the neck and is open in the back. Perfect for the summer heat. It is about 13" long.  The gauchos are 15 1/2" long with a 8 1/2" across elastic wait. This set is beautifully made and in like new condition. These pic don't do it justice.
