Customizing your cover: 

You MUST confirm print info even if these are for yourself!

PLEASE Remember to Include the Following:

• Name or Message for cover!
• Font Style selection/s and font color/s.
• We can also print as blank with no personaliztion and if we cannot contact you or get a response and you do not give us personalization info, we reserve the right to print blank and not hold order over 10 days. 
• Email printing information exactly as you want it to appear on the cover.  NOT responsible for typographical errors if your information is not correct. If a reprint is necessary due to your error, you will be charged again. Remember to include ALL information for printing your cover!
• **NOTE - We use copy/paste. If you do not use capital letters, commas, punctuations, we will no longer make corrections, Your cover will be printed EXACTLY as you type it out for us!
• PLEASE REMEMBER TO LET US KNOW WHICH IMAGE DESIGN #/'s YOU WANT!!! IF YOU DO NOT CHOOSE, WE WILL CHOOSE FOR YOU! This is only if this is a multi image listing.

Remember, each order is considered custom and takes time to process so we may guarantee the quality of our work. Please order accordingly, so that you receive your personalized items in time.  I CANNOT guarantee delivery dates, as these are personalized and take time set up and process. If it is my error, I will gladly reprint and resend another order immediately, free of charge! Please do not send back the incorrect items! If it is not my error, I will gladly reprint your order, but you will be charged again.   Feedback Feedback will be left as soon as you post feedback! Due to the personal nature of the items we do not accept returns or issue refunds. In some instances we will issue a credit for the purchase price of the item.

In the event of receiving a damaged item I will reprint and reship your order ASAP.  Damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt.  I cannot provide an exchange under any circumstance (neither before or after shipping), nor do we 'cancel' orders.
