SHIPPING
-All shippments are via freight, they are too large for UPS, FedEx, etc...
-Please allow up to 7 business days for items to arrive to you.
-For Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada please call in before bidding, prices are generally higher in these ares
-We do not ship Internationally, however you can schedule a carrier to pick it up from our warehouse, we are not responsible for international shippments.

-If you receive a wrong or defective item please contact us by e-mail within 3 days from the date you receive the product. Refunds and exchanges ONLY on damaged or lost merchandise
-Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. The package should contain everything it did on arrival. Products returned in other than above condition will not be exchanged. No exception on this rule.
-For products returned in accordance with this policy, you should receive replacement within 10-20 calendar days from the date we receive the merchandise, depending on availability of the item. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
