2 Design Revisions:
If you are not happy with your designs, you will get 2 design revisions with your inital order. 
Any future revisions will cost an additional fee starting at $30 - $50 for small revisions and more for larger revisions. Based on my design experience, usually only 1 to 2 design revisions are needed because
I am very good at designing Templates the exact way that you want your pages to be designed
because I pay close attention to detail and also close attention to all of your design ideas.

Installation:
To save yourself some money, you can upload your Auctiva Listing Template very easily by simply
copying and pasting the template into each of your current listings. I will email you step-by-step instructions
to help you to install your template if you buy one. If you do not have the extra time to install your
template--you are welcome to hire me and my assistant to do it. We are very happy to help you.

Installation done by me and my assistant cost $5 per installation
because every seller has a different amount of items for sale.

What is NOT included with your order, but can be added

The following solutions below are not included with your designs, however
many of the solutions listed below can be added to your order for an additional fee
by checking out my other items or by contacting me if the solution is not currently
available because I am still in the process of adding more solutions to my eBay store.

·  eBay Store and Website Design Packages are not included

·  Picture Slide Show is not included

·  Music Audio Clips to add audio to your page are not included

·  Voice Audio Clips to promote your products are not included

·  YouTube Video Production is not included

·  Advertising Packages are not included

·  Marketing Packages are not included

·  Listing your items for sale is not included

User License Agreement

I am giving you permission to use the designs that I create for you
on 1 Auctiva account only. The designs that I create for you can not
be re-sold, given away, or used on any other store without my written
permission. The designs that I create for you can only be used for
the sole purpose that the design was intended to be used for.

Also, my credit link in small type must remain at the bottom of all of
the designs that I create for you. My credit link will "open in a new window",
so you will not lose any visitors to your store and will be in very small letters.

Summary of the Design Process

After you place your order, I will be emailing you a small questionnaire for you to fill out when you get time and email back to me in order for me to get more information about your site such 
as your store policies and your sales funnels if I do not already have this information on file.
Your information will NOT be shared with any 3rd parties. Your information is kept confidential
at all times. 

Once I have received your completed questionnaire for your design, I will begin
on your order at the time stated in the "yellow banner" that is located in the upper left
hand corner of all of my eBay Store pages. After I have completed part of your design,
I will let you review your design to see if you like the color, font, and style that I have chosen.
If for any reason that you do not like your designs, I will revise your designs for you. I will
make sure that you are happy with your designs before I proceed to finish your designs.

Your order should be completed within approximately 1 to 3 weeks from the start date.
Your order may be finished sooner. It all depends on how many orders that I am working on and how fast that you reply to my emails. I will be giving you updates on your order every 1 to 2 weeks. If you have ordered more than 1 page or service from me, please allow me some extra time to complete your order. For example, please allow me at least 3 to 5 additional days for each ADD ON page that you order.

*The time frames stated in this eBay listing are approximate
and are subject to change according to the following criteria:

·  How many design orders that I am currently working on
·  According to how many pages that I am designing for you
·  According to how many services that you have ordered from me
·  According to when you respond to my emails that I send to you
·  According to how many revisions that you need for your designs

*Please place your order early to get your template completed early.
*There will be no interruption of your service. 
*You can still sell items while I am designing your template.

How to Edit Your Auctiva Listing Template

Editing your Auctiva Template is rarely needed because I have completed all of the hard work for you. If you ever change your business name or page name for example, these are 2 instances when you will need me to revise your template. Future design revisions and updates
to your template can be done for you at any time for a small fee, simply let me know.

Detailed Instructions on how you can edit the text on your template by simply
"copying and pasting" will be emailed to you with your backup files. As you
can see, I have made the entire designing process very simple for everyone.

without disclosing any of your financial information.

Refunds
Due to the nature of the sale, all sales are final. After you
have paid for your item and I have received your completed
questionnaire, if for some reason that I have not already
designed your designs, then a refund can be issued in
this case. The refund will be in the form of money back.

Please note that refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis
only. Once I have designed your designs, a refund is not given
because I put a lot of time time into each design that I create
and you are paying for my time to create your custom designs.
