This particular infant car seat covers are designed to fit the Graco SnugRide. The canopy (hood) has been designed to replace the existing canopy. The canopy has two slots, one in the front and one in the back. You will insert your existing canopy arches into your new canopy cover. Please check your car seat manual for directions on how to remove the canopy or call your car seat manufacturer’s customer service department for instructions. It will not fit any of the new, over sized brand designs such as Eddie Bauer or Peg Perego 2006 or newer. E-mail us with your brand of car seat and we'll make sure it fits!
There are NO exchanges or returns for this product unless there is a defect that can not be fixed. Because they are custom made just for you.

This is not something we can resolve. I use Priority Shipping International, yes, somewhat pricey, but you want your cover to arrive to you while you still need it :)
