This is a custom made skinning knife in a leather sheath made by R. Gilman of Central Illinois.    Blade is 4" long and the handle is 4 ½" long with 6 pins, a lined lanyard hole and two rivets.    Top of the reverse blade is etched "Gilman".   Thumb gripper on top blade edge near the handle.    Blade appears hollow-ground, is sharpened and still shiny and new looking.   Grip has a forefinger groove and is a polished synthetic resembling wood.  Sheath is 11 ¼" long x 2 5/8" wide and has a snap to hold the knife in place.  A very nice feel in the hand.  You'll be ready to skin a cat, or whatever.
