These are truly the best quality and most unique, custom painted letters out there! To date, I have painted over 100,500 letters and have sold them on here for over four years! The letters are great for babies, children, shower gifts, birthday gifts and more! I can match any nursery bedding, fabric or theme! The pictures shown are just a few samples. I can paint ANYTHING you like!
 
We are frequently asked about how we paint our letters - we do not use stencils, stickers, spray paint, or glue on decals. Be assured that your letters are completely painted by hand - if you wish to have animals, characters, toile, etc., that is what I will paint for you! All paints and varnishes are non toxic and safe for children.

PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR ORDER UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AND THIS FORM IS FILLED OUT - THANK YOU!
The standard size letter for $8.00/apiece is 6.5 inches tall and up to 4 inches in width depending on the font and letter.
These letters are sold per letter, NOT per name. For example if you need the name Maci, you will need to put 4 in the buy it now box.
RIBBON or hardware is included for hanging!
All names/letters are scaled to size based on the capital letter and/or the "tall lowercase letters". For example, Rylee - the R, y, and l would all be 6.5 inches and the rest scaled to size.

By purchasing the letters, you agree that you have read the auction in its entirety and agree to all terms/conditions.
After you purchase the letters, there is a button at the bottom of the auction and also a link in our Ebay store for you to fill out to provide us with the information we need to complete your order.
Due to the nature of the product, there are no refunds or repainting. Please be specific when you order if there is something you want/dont want. I am happy to help you design your letters and answer any questions to make sure in advance that you will receive what you are looking for.
Due to extremely high demand and our commitment to excellence, please allow an estimated 6-8 weeks for shipment after payment, order form and any other materials (form, swatches, fabrics) have been received. If you make changes to your order, it will restart your time line. Many times orders will ship sooner but this depends on complexity of design, size of letters, etc..If this time frame is going to be an issue for you, please reconsider your purchase. We take 6-8 weeks because we have a HUGE demand - we put out a superior quality product with intricate detail, etc. and it takes us time to create the artwork and a lot of people choose us to design their artwork for this reason. We can assure you, they are worth the wait! We do however want this experience to be pleasant for everyone involved so please make sure you are ok with this before purchasing.
Please understand that we CANNOT process your order and begin your shipping time frame until you fill out the custom order form found at the BOTTOM of the auction or on our main store page. Please do not put your order information in the Paypal notes section - we need you to fill the form out so we can make sure to customize your letters absolutely perfectly! There are
absolutely no exceptions to this.
Insurance is recommended.
Shipping is $4.50 for the first letter, $1 for each additional one
Shipment to Canada will be determined on weight and number of letters and the customer option of First Class versus Priority.
Please note that you are responsible for making sure that your current address is correct in both Ebay and Paypal to ensure proper shipment. If you want it shipped to an address different than what is in Paypal, you will need to send me a separate email. Thanks! :)
If you purchase any other items and want combined shipping, you must pay for them in all one transaction-again, no exceptions to this.
Payment is due within 7 days of auction close regardless of payment
