These are truly the best quality and most unique, custom painted letters out there! To date, I have painted over 100,500 letters and have sold them on here for over four years! The letters are great for babies, children, shower gifts, birthday gifts and more! I can match any nursery bedding, fabric or theme! The pictures shown are just a few samples. I can paint ANYTHING you like! Please note that sometimes the camera flash, photo editing, etc..slightly distorts the photo color. Please be assured that everything perfectly matches what it is supposed to match :)

We are frequently asked about how we paint our letters - we do not use stencils, stickers, spray paint, or glue on decals. Be assured that your letters are completely painted by hand - if you wish to have animals, characters, toile, etc., that is what I will paint for you! All paints and varnishes are non toxic and safe for children.

By purchasing the letters, you agree that you have read the auction in its entirety and agree to all terms/conditions. After you purchase the letters, there is a button at the bottom of the auction and also a link in our Ebay store for you to fill out to provide us with the information we need to complete your order. Due to the nature of the product, there are no refunds or repainting. Please be specific when you order if there is something you want/dont want. I am happy to help you design your letters and answer any questions to make sure in advance that you will receive what you are looking for. Due to extremely high demand and our commitment to excellence, please allow an estimated 6-8 weeks for shipment after payment, order form and any other materials (form, swatches, fabrics) have been received. Right now we are shipping ahead of schedule which is great, but it can take the full time. Many times orders will ship sooner but this depends on complexity of design, size of letters, etc..If this time frame is going to be an issue for you-please reconsider your purchase. We take 6-8 weeks because we have a HUGE demand-we put out a superior quality product with intricate detail, etc..and it takes us time to create the artwork and a lot of people choose us to design their artwork for this reason. We can assure you, they are worth the wait! We do however want this experience to be pleasant for everyone involved so please make sure you are ok with this before purchasing. Also note that Ebay has a handling time option we have to choose that doesn't give enough options for the amount of time we need to complete the orders. So your ship time will be as described in the auction Please understand that we CANNOT process your order and begin your shipping time frame until you fill out the custom order form found at the BOTTOM of the auction or on our main store page. Please do not put your order information in the Paypal notes section - we need you to fill the form out so we can make sure to customize your letters absolutely perfectly! There are absolutely no exceptions to this. Please note that feedback is so crucial for both buyers and sellers. It is so important to us that we do an excellent job and earn 5 stars in each category. If you believe we have failed to do this, please contact us prior to leaving feedback. Please take into account our ability to ship the product as promised when leaving stars in that category-because its a custom item, its natually not going to ship superfast. So please leave feedback and star ratings on how well we delivered according to our terms that we promise. Shipping is $4.50 for the first letter, $1 for each additional one Shipment to Canada will be determined on weight and number of letters and the customer option of first class versus Priority. Please note that you are responsible for making sure that your current address is correct in both Ebay and Paypal to ensure proper shipment. If you want it shipped to an address different than what is in Paypal, you will need to send me a separate email.
