Custom Screen Printing Exposure Unit Light Table 25x48"

This is a custom screen printing exposure unit specially built as a proto type to test a new style of bulb.  Our testing is completed and now we are selling it. It has a larger exposure area than most of our exposure units with 25x48" of exposure light.  Also on this unit we have installed the T12 style 40 watt bulb so it also has more power and close exposure to the glass.  This unit has a very accurate mechanical timer so you can pin point exposures for photopolymer fast exposing emulsion or slower exposing dual cure emulsions.

A common misunderstanding is that you need to spend several thousand dollars on a vacuum unit in order to expose half tones. Although having a vacuum unit is convenient, the purpose of the vacuum is to apply positive pressure between the screen, film, and glass. Our unit comes with a thick foam pad to and instructions on how to make a lid in minutes. This method has been tested for years and adds positive pressure to give you the results you need!

This unit only ships from Vancouver, WA 98682. We ship this unit UPS Ground when its ordered by itself, and UPS Freight when supplies are ordered with it. The Package dimensions are: 42"x32"x14". Actual Weight is 72lbs. Shipping Dimensional Weight is 97lbs. Please note that there is up to a 1-3 day manufacture time on this light box.
