PRODUCT INFORMATION

All items are printed from a Photo Quality Laser printer!! 
You can choose your own invitation by style, size, paper, font, design, and wording.

 All Cards are printed with rich and vibrant colors that bring your cards to life!!! 

All cards include white envelopes and are ready for mailing.

You can personalize your envelopes with customized return address labels for only $1.99 per quantity of 30!

 NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FOR LABELS WITH INVITATION PURCHASE!!!!!

PHOTO EDITING/ENHANCING

PICTURE CAN BE ADDED AT NO ADDITIONAL COST

Remember the better the original image, the better your card will look! Please email file NOT a picture location.  Preferably .jpg format. 

I can scan your picture for no charge, but this does slow down the process. Your picture will be returned with your order if you choose this process.

Requests for multiple pictures such as twins, siblings, triplets, etc, can be used for one style invitation or you can choose multiple designs as long as you are purchasing the 12 minimum per design.

All photos are cropped, enhanced, and edited to fit your design. 

You can choose to either have the background completely removed from the original picture or I can put your picture in a “frame.” 

Shown below are samples of each method.

How To Purchase

This auction is for 1 Invitation or Thank You Card with white envelope.

Multiple designs can be purchased in same auction with a minimum order of 12 per design.

This allows you to order only the quantity needed instead of purchasing multiple packages!

When buying the auction simply enter the number wanted in the

“Your Quantity” field and then click “Buy It Now”.

Step 1
PLEASE CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING STYLE CHOICES

Both TICKET and POSTCARD style invitations are available with all designs. 

Size is approximate and does not include the small white border that is left after cutting.

TICKET STYLE

Size is approx. 6 ¼ x 2 ½ inches which includes stub portion.

POSTCARD  STYLE

Size is approx. 5 ¼ x 4 inches

Both Ticket or Postcard style invitations can be printed on either type of paper. 

Tickets can be perforated with either type of paper you choose.  Tickets DO NOT have to be perforated.

PROOF PROCESS

Payment must be received before a proof will be created and emailed to you!

You will receive a proof of your invitation within 24 hours after payment is received.

A proof will be sent out within 2-4 hours of payment when purchase is made during normal business hours. 

Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 9 am- 6 pm e.s.t.

You will receive a proof for each design purchased. 

Once the proof has been approved by YOU via email, your order will be processed immediately.   Your purchase will be shipped via USPS Mail.
Please keep in mind I can't ship your order until you have given your approval!

If you have not responded to your proof within 2 business days, a courtesy reminder will be sent until acknowledgement of your proof has been received.  If you do not see your proof within 24 hours, check your block on your email account or junk folder.

1-35 Cards $4.99
36-75 Cards $6.99
All orders 76 or more ships for a flat rate of $8.99

Priority shipping is an additional $2.00 charge for any quantity

Next day shipping available for $17.99

Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday

  Orders are shipped next business day if email approval of proof is received by 2 pm e.s.t. 

ALL ORDERS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE BEING SHIPPED!

PAYMENT

Paypal is preferred method of payment.  If you are using a paypal check, your order will not ship until it has cleared.  

If you prefer not to give personal information through the internet, please email me for other payment options.

If you are not using Paypal,  PLEASE place order well in advance as you will NOT receive a proof until AFTER your money order has been received. This process takes longer, so please keep that in mind when deciding which method of payment you will be using.

INSURANCE

Though I rarely have a problem with packages not being received on time, it does happen.  I can no longer be responsible for packages lost in the mail. 

If you would like the added insurance, please purchase it at checkout. 

All packages will be shipped with a USPS tracking number which is included in your shipping price.
