The diameter of the circle is 41".  This is the dimension of the printing surface on which I print it.  The white area can be any size greater than the size of the circle.

A sunprint is an original contact photography print.  Each sunprint is unique. My sunprints on fabric are made by a process of wet-on-dry watercolor painting with a brush, using sunprint chemical paint on which is then placed objects to contact-photograph, such as plants from my garden or paper cutouts made from my original drawings.

This custom sunprint is sold unframed and unmatted.  It will be shipped rolled up. It is safe to iron a sunprint on fabric if it becomes wrinkled, on the reverse side or using a presscloth to avoid leaving "iron stuff" on the artwork. Sunprints can be framed, with or without glass, or displayed on stretchers, or hung by fabric art hang-clips.  The one in this photo is mounted on gatorboard and then framed without glass.
