Custom Telecaster Maple/Alder Fender 62 custom pickups!

Up for bids is a custom made telecaster.

It sports an alder body with beautiful grain and a tung oil finish. This lets the wood "sing" and causes the guitar to age beautifully

It also has a vintage, Fender Licensed,  maple neck with Grover Tuners. The neck has a reversed headstock for more open bass response and tighter high end. (hendrix?)

The 3-Ply pickguard came from an american deluxe tele, while the string ferrules, neckplate and strap buttons came from a fender standard tele.

The crowning glory of this guitar is that the electronics, the Pickups, Bridge, Control plate, knobs, pots and switch came from a '62 Custom tele Reissue (an amazing sounding guitar ringing up at around $2000!)

The Bridge has a vintage ashtray bridge plate with 3 barrel saddles.

This guitar sounds great,There isn't too much done in the way of set-up, because each player usually changes everything once they get their new guitar anyway.
