Winner of this auction will receive ONE custom written poem for any occasion.  Great for birthdays, holidays, anniversaries and other special occasions.

Maximum amount of time to not exceed 30 minutes of my labor, or 20 lines of poem, working ending whenever either of the two limits are reached.  Me reading your instructions on name(s) to use, and any other details on your custom poem, shall count against your 30 minute limit.  Once 30 minutes are reached, I promptly email you your new poem, and all further editing and work will then cease, unless you win another auction where more time of services are being offered.

Return policy: because a custom written poem is unique with your names, and ideas and themes, it is not resellable.  Since it cannot be resold, there is a no returns allowed policy.  Therefore, this is an as-is service.  All services, once the above limits on time or number of lines are reached, shall promptly cease permanently unless another auction selling more services is won and paid for.  Like advertising, a poem is non-refundable, however, you shall own all rights to the poem I write you as a "Work For Hire" under Title 17, USC regarding intellectual property.  You may publish, license, give away, sell or otherwise dispose of or share the work I do for you.  To be fair, absolutely no refunds for ANY reason, as once I reach the two limits on time or line count, I have earned my pay for services.  If you disagree with this paragraph, PLEASE DO NOT BID.

About me: I have authored 19 compact discs ranging from alternative rock, self help titles and classical music.  I have written two books: an English Dictionary and a Book of Questions for Relationship Building.  I also have written many poems and essays in my life.  I can compose custom music, but that is for a different auction.  This auction includes ONLY a maximum of 20 lines of prose or poetry WITHOUT music or any other materials or content.  More about what I do with my time: I enjoy programming software and sharing my ideas by doing writing of my ideas.  I also like to listen to music often.
