All of our gowns are 100% high quality and brand new with tags. We offer professional custom made service for you, please make sure to measure yourself (with undergarments only) and compare to the above measurements instruction. As with any dress/gown, alterations are usually needed for the best fit. We believe in customer service and making our brides experience with us exceptional! We would be glad to extend a two days return policy to all serious bidders upon receiving the gown at your location.When you receive the gown, if there is any question of the dress/gown,you will need to email us within two days. If we would not hear from you within the two days of receiving the gown, we would consider the gown satisfactory and no returns/refunds. (The gown would then need to be shipped back insured and be received by us in the same condition as it was sent. Once we would receive the gown back we would inspect it , if in the same condition as the gown was sent to you, we would refund the price of the gown only.
