Within half an hour are Davey Crockett State Park, canoeing on the Buffalo River, the limited access historic Natchez Trace Parkway, and the Laurel Hill Wildlife Refuge just to name a few sites of interest. Also close by are Amish communities, the Milky Way Farm & Museum at the founder's mansion or canoe the nearby rivers, such as the Buffalo. Located adjacent to the Tennessee Fitness Spa www.tfspa.com , whose facilities include indoor pool , restaurant, & other spa amenities. Or just kick back on the porch & listen to the water run through the cave across the lake.
