You should send:
JPG Format is the best, 300 dpi resolution is required, uncropped, the bigger the better , the brighter colors the better.
What we can do:
We can crop, remove background, get the red out(eyes), minor retouching when requested.
Add a new background in a shape(Oval, Circle, etc) or just free float the image.
What we cannot do:
We cannot refocus an image or correct color.
What we will do:
We will send a proof to you for approval before creating the mug.
On large volume orders (over 48) we will ship one mug for approval before the production run.
