Customized from your photo; One or two people with a simple background!

No computers or printers involved in the sketching process!!!

Length is approx. 11 inches!

Height is approx. 14 inches!

Horizontal or Vertical format available!

Drawn on Strathmore Paper- Acid free paper- Medium weight paper- 300 Series!!

Medium: Chalk pastel, acrylic paint, and Prismacolor pencils!

These are all handmade by me, so there may be very subtle variations!

No two are exactly the same!

Signed and dated!

Sprayed with a protector to prevent most smudgings!

Unframed!

I have some of my finished pastels listed in my store. Some may appear a little different from the actual photo; these differences were per the buyer’s specifications.

Photo Selection for Portraits:

The photo needs to be a clear and sharp image. An 8x10 or 11x14 usually works the best! Candid pictures are great too! If the photo is of several people or pets, I can crop the portrait on a particular individual. While I cannot make major changes such as changing weight, changing clothing, or changing body positions; minor changes are possible. The background does not matter since it is simplified to complement the individual in the pastel.

I can NOT do any Copyrighted pictures!

I will Not do any Profane, Pornographic, or Cult/satanic photo's!

Process for your Pastel:

After the auction, payment is accepted through Paypal, or with a postal money order, or cashier's check. If you pay via postal money order or cashier’s check, I will not start the actual drawing until payment has been received!

If you choose the buy it now feature, you will receive free parcel post shipping to anywhere in the United States! This option is not available for international bidders, sorry it is just too expensive to do that right now:)

You will need to send your photo to me via email-prmixon@yahoo.com!

Before starting the portrait, I will email you the cropped image from your specifications, for your approval. After you approve the cropped image, the pastel will be started. Upon completion, an email will be sent to you with an attached image of the pastel for you to view before shipment. Minor changes can be made, if needed, after you view the email of the finished pastel. Once you approve the completed pastel email, no other changes will be made! I will then ship it out to you!

Different sizes:

If you would like a different size pastel (8x10 or 16x20) please email me with your request prior to bidding. I can then quote a price for that specific size and type of portrait!

Can add scripture, military rank, dates, or names to personalize! All lettering will be done in acrylic paint!

Any type of reproduction/copies of this image may not be made without the express permission of the artist, Priscilla Mixon. I reserve the right to keep all ownership rights of the completed pastel and/or designs created by me! I also reserve the right to keep a copy of all completed pastels, for gallery display purposes!

I am self taught, and do not have professional training. I am just a stay-at-home mom that loves to create pictures, share God's word, and hopefully make enough $$$ to keep staying home with my boys:)

Insurance in not required, but is optional. I would recommend this option!! We are not responsible for lost or damaged to in-route packages. All items leave us in the way they are described and listed in the auction. So, to best protect your purchase, insure the package:)

Please make sure your address is correct via E-bay and Paypal- This is the address we will use to ship, unless otherwise notified!

I ship packages out Monday through Friday. Once payment is received, your item will go out the next day. Exceptions to this rule are holidays, days the Post is closed, and weekends!

All of our art auctions have separate shipping needs, so please read the art auction description for those details!

If your auction ends on Friday, your package will go out on Monday, unless Express mail is desired. Express mail is the only time I ship on Saturday's!

There is a $1.00 shipping and handling fee included in the already calculated shipping cost. This is only to cover my packaging materials. If you do not agree with this fee, then please do not bid. If you do agree to these terms, then PLEASE do not leave an unfair rating on the shipping feedback category.
