The logos to the left can all be customized to include either your eBay Store name or your UserID.

Q. Why do you need a logo?

A. Simple... to brand your Store and/or listings and to project a more professional image which will result in increased sales and higher bids.

Q. Where can you place your new logo?

A. Your logo can be added to your Store header as it is the correct 310x90 size required by eBay in a standard header. You can also include your logo in your auction/store listings, as well as on your page.

Your new logo would also look very professional included in all your outgoing emails with a link to your Store or eBay listings (don't forget to include your REFID tag for a 75% final value fee refund for Store owners).

Q. How do you use your new logo?

A. I will be happy to send along step-by-step directions for including your logo in your eBay Store header, in your listings and your 'about me' page. I will also be glad to create a file for you that you can save to your hard drive and insert in your outgong emails to create a clickable link to your Store or listings.

Q. What about image hosting?

A. I will be happy to either store your logo for you on my website or send you a list of available free/pay image hosts should you prefer to store your image elsewhere. If you are using eBay's Marketing Tools, you will want to upload your new logo to eBay in order to be able to use the logo in the customizable section of your End of Auction emails, Checkout notices and Invoices.

Q. How long does it take for you to design my logo?

A. I can get your logo customized for you within 48 hours of receipt of payment and contact with buyer informing me of customization preferences.

Q. Can I alter or change aspects of the design (background, background color, font, etc.) as necessary once you complete the work?

A. I create a customized logo for you. Once you approve the final draft, it is yours to do with as you wish. You can alter it in any way you deem necessary.

Q. Can the logo you design for me be used on more than one eBay ID?

A. Yes, if you are capable of making the necessary changes to the logo text, you are free to do so once my work is completed and approved.

Q. May I purchase your service for a different ID than the one I buy with?

A. Yes, many of my clients prefer to use a buying ID to purchase because they want their selling ID to remain invisible to the purchase. I have no objection to this.

Q. What do you need to know before getting started?

I need to know the name of your UserID or Store... whichever you want used in your logo customization. If you want to change your Store colors to match your new logo, I will need to know that as well so I can send you directions for customizing your Store colors in your eBay Store Manager.
