Cute B+W floral skirt, New, sz. 2X, "Mlle Gabrielle"

Really cute, pretty black and white floral skirt, new with tags by Mlle. Garielle. It says 3X but it is more like a 2X. 100% cotton..says handwash in cold water and hang to dry. I would feel fine about washing it in a cold water washing machine and light delicate/tumble dry. The waist is 40 inch waist with a 1 inch waistband with a little button to close, on the side and an 8 inch zipper, also on the side. It is mid-calf length and the length of the skirt is 28 inches. The hips are 56 inches across and the fullest part of this A Line/ Full skirt is nearer the bottom and goes out to 100 inches if you were to hold it out or twirl it..of course it doesn't go out that far normally, it lies in folds. Very pretty and great for summer or a cocktail party, can be dressed up or down. Thanks for looking!
