Thank you for your purchase. Please read carefully the information provided below. As always, we strive to make your purchase and future use of your product as smooth and trouble free as possible.

Please inspect equipment before signing a receipt of shipment. Please notify us of any damages as well as write it on the shipping receipt (BOL). Our equipment carries a 90 day Limited warranty from date of delivery covering all moving parts. Shields not included. All service is to be provided by or through Absolute Fitness Solutions & Christian's Fitness Factory. Any service performed by someone other than our provided reps will make the warranty null and void. Please contact us with any concerns at 717 517 7525. Mon – Fri between the hours of 9am & 4 pm eastern time.

Shipping Information:

Domestic Customers:  Shipments are typically sent by USPS, UPS ground, or Freight.  We ship every Monday thru Friday, excluding US holidays.  Most orders received before noon Eastern Time will ship the same day, and orders received after noon will ship the next business day. A local address is required for all orders. If you would like to use a PO Box, a surcharge may be required.

International Customers:  Shipments are sent via UPS/Canadian post or UPS at the buyers cost and request. These shipments will not include any Customs Clearance fees, Brokerage Fees or duties in the shipping price. Canadian Customers will be responsible for paying all fees. No item will be marked as a gift.

If you are purchasing multiple items, you may want to take advantage of combined shipping savings.  Please wait until the close of your last auction, or your final Buy it Now auction selection to be completed prior to completing checkout.

To confirm combined shipping rates for multiple items ordered via “Buy it now” or our Ebay store:  Select the items you wish to purchase and proceed to check out.   However, prior to authorizing payment ("pay now" button), first click the link for "request invoice total" which will send us a quick message requesting shipping options and totals.  (Despite the Ebay message that says you are “committing” to the purchase, you’re not really obligated to purchase non-auction items until you agree to “pay now” via PayPal.  However, this is not applicable to auction listings.)   We will then send you a preliminary invoice with all of the applicable charges and discounts for your approval.  At that point you can either accept the order and arrange payment, or simply delete it if you wish with no adverse feedback from Christian's Fitness Factory to your Ebay rating.

RETRACTING A BID - If you have bid on the wrong item and want to retract your bid please go to eBay's bid retraction page and revoke your bid. We will not be held responsible for your bidding or retracting your bid. Your Bid is a Commitment to Purchase the Item as Listed.

RETURN POLICIES AND PROCEDURES - Products may be returned up to 7 days after delivery for exchange or refund. They must be in the packaging they were received in and in the conidtion they were received. All items returned other than subject to defect will be charged a 25% restocking plus buyer is responsible for shipping costs to and from. Please do not return anthing without contacting us first. sales@cfffit.com

Shipping arrangements and payment for returns (excluding products shipped in error, or arrive damaged / defective) are the responsibility of the customer.  We strongly encourage you to obtain a tracking number or proof of shipping receipt, as we will not be liable for returns lost in transit.  Any returned products that were purchased where shipping was included will have the actual shipping cost incurred by Christian's Fitness Factory deducted from the refund.  

Returned products must be received by Christian's Fitness Factory in the original packaging and in brand new condition, just as it was shipped to you.  We reserves the right to inspect all returned products and may reduce the credit if the product is returned with post delivery damage or if all the contents of the product are not returned. 

Credit will be applied to the original payment method, less applicable shipping / handling and restocking fees, within 10 days after receipt of the return.  This refund policy does not apply to special orders, gift certificates, gym flooring, mats, refurbished equipment and commercial equipment.
