Staying at a vacation resort property has many advantages over the traditional hotel stay.
This is for a one bedroom condo based on availability between dates listed above only. holiday weeks are listed on their own and exepmt from this listing. Please email seller if you are interested in only a few nights or if you need a different size condo. I cannot accept bids outside of ebay but I can set up a custom auction.
Resort Rentals International will have some required reservation forms that need completed and signed. When you make your purchase or bid you agree to the terms and conditions listed on the forms.
Travel insurance is optional/additional.

State Sales/Occupancy tax of 13% will be added to your final bid price. This is required by the state of Florida.
