We GUARANTEE all items to be EXACTLY as described. If item is materially different than "as described", buyer has 48 hrs from receipt of delivery to inspect item & notify us of requested return.  All returns MUST be approved, include authorized return code & postmarked within 3 business days at buyer's risk, cost & expense. If item is lost or damaged by shipping carrier, buyer is to contact shipper to resolve.  We will assist buyer with all necessary paperwork required to recover their loss.
