Bidders returning items for replacement or repair must first notify us by email within three days of the receiving the auction item. AS IS items are not covered by our return policies and all sales are final and are no refunds and no returns auction items. Seller is not responsible for problems with units not syncing with computers, due to many variables including conflicting programs may be involved. If we can not help via email an RMA will be sent for the return package. This will include a return shipping address and a RMA number that must be fixed to the outside of the package or it will not be accepted. Items tampered with or missing pieces will result in an immediate VOID of refund or replacement. The returned item will be inspected and tested before any action refund or replacement is made to a buyer. Fraudulent claims will be denied a refund and access to any of our auctions in the future will be blocked.
Working returns being returned to our location and are in auction stated condition are not eligible for a return shipping refund and are subject to a $5.00 usd restocking fee. |
