This is in excellent condition and it comes from a smoker-free home and has been carefully stored. This supplement has descriptions of over 100 cities, more than a dozen new guilds and organizations, 30 NPCS, new feats, Spells, classes, and MORE. THIS DOES HAVE THE CD FROM THE BACK OF THE BOOK!

* My inventory is constantly changing and sometimes things can sell out before I have a chance to adjust my inventory. When this happens I'll have to reorder items and that can take up to a week or more. If this happens, I can either refund your money if it is sold out, or this can be placed on backorder and the items will ship once they arrive. I'll send an email letting you know what the status is if something like this happens. If you win multiple items and one of the items is backordered, then I will hold the entire package unless I have your consent to send the available books.
* I ONLY SHIP ONCE A WEEK! At this time I can only get to the post office once a week on Friday mornings. So if you win something on Friday evening, it will not ship until the FOLLOWING Friday morning.

* DUE TO THE OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF CUSTOMERS I HAVE AT ANY GIVEN TIME, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO EMAIL YOU AT EVERY STAGE OF THE TRANSACTION, for example- receiving payment, mailing your package, so on and so forth. I am sorry for this but I do not have the time or manpower to answer these requests. I do try and answer all of the questions in regards to items that have not arrived after the alloted time given below, and I will help with those matters, but please do not expect an email to just let you know I received payment. I am sorry, but I'd never get any work done!!!

IF you are mailing payment, PLEASE include a copy of the auction NUMBER, or listing with the payment. If you just write the auction number on the check or money order there is a very good chance that I'll never see it since they are immediately deposited. Failure to include this information WILL delay your package being shipped!!

* I package all of my items carefully, but I can NOT control how the post office handles your package or how quickly they will deliver your package, Once it leaves here it is out of my hands so if it is bendable, breakable, or can be damaged in ANY way, PLEASE INSURE IT!!! I cannot and will not exchange any item that was not insured.

* All International orders are welcome, BUT SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE MORE, so please ask for a shipping quote BEFORE bidding and once you win, please WAIT for the invoice I send.

* WE ship all items via USPS ONCE a week. The days of the week do vary on shipments, but it is generally Friday Morning, so if you win something Friday night, it would NOT ship until the FOLLOWING Friday morning! Please do not expect your item to arrive the next day whether you pay thru paypal or another form of payment. We know you have paid and will ship your item to you. We ship in the order payments are received. If you have not received your item after 10-12 BUSINESS days (Business days being Monday-Friday) of your Schedules shipping date, then please email us to check on the status.
