Assuming that your watch is unmodified and doesn't have more than just normal wear for the time you have it, we will buy your watch back for 70% of the purchase price as long as we receive it within 3 years of the date you purchased it. Anytime after that we will still buy it back at a fair price that will be determined at that time based on the condition of the item and market conditions for your watch at that time. The only exclusion to this buy back guarantee will be if you purchase a high demand watch that sells above retail today. In the event that there is a significant decrease in value at the time you wish to sell it back, we may not be able to honor the 70% buy back.
Warranty:
We Warrant all of our watches for ONE FULL YEAR from date of receipt. If you experience any mechanical problems that are not the result of abuse, tampering, or moisture entering the case, simply contact us and we'll arrange for you to ship it in for service. The only expense you will incur is round-trip shipping expenses. After one year, we will still offer you deeply discounted service with fast turn-around time! Return Policy:
Please be certain prior to bidding that  you want what we are offering. Our accurate descriptions and highly magnified & detailed photos show you exactly what you're getting. Please don't assume anything about an item that you've seen online. If you have an expectation about an item, please ask prior to bidding if the item meets your needs. However, we are understanding people and know that people can have a change of taste. Those Hawaiian shirts in the stores can look great on the rack but on a person it can be a different story! Although winning an auction usually means you're stuck with what you've purchased, we'll be happy to allow you to exchange your UNWORN watch within 2 business days for full credit toward any other watch in our stock as long as you pay the difference if the price of the watch you select is higher.
In the highly unlikely event that you experience any undisclosed issues with your watch or feel that it is not as described, please contact us and we will correct the problem. If we can't correct the problem we'll be happy to exchange your watch for one that does not have the problem. If your watch is returned for exchange UNWORN within 2 business days of receipt you will receive full value credit for your exchange. If it has been worn or was shipped 3 to 14 days after receipt we will asses a 10% restocking fee. If it has sustained any damage other than normal wear the value of the credit will be figured out on a case by case basis. If the buyer has no problems and simply wants to return a watch for a refund, or if a buyer refuses to give us a chance to correct a problem or exchange for another watch we'll be happy to issue a refund of the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee if the watch is returned unworn within 2 business days. The restocking fee will be 20% if it has been worn, .
