This 6" bar fits any Dakine Womens XS-L Harnesses. It is best for XS,S or M. It will fit a L, but I would suggest a 10" Bar and Pad for that.

It will fit Mens XS-M also. I would suggest the 6" for XS and S. For M I would go to the 10" Bar and Pad.
