Shipping Information

We gladly offer discounted shipping and handling on most items when multiple purchases are made within three days. To qualify, you must make one single combined payment, and your purchases must ship to one address. There are no additional discounts with items marked with FREE shipping, regardless of the quantity purchased. All returned items due to incorrect or insufficient address or any undeliverable status, will be charged a reshipping fee.

We try to ship all items within 1 business day after receipt of payment. U.S. buyers will receive an email with USPS Shipping Tracking Number (priority mail only) when your shipping label is printed. It is usually two or three days before USPS Tracking information is available online and often you will have received your package by then. Sometimes the tracking information is never updated for a particular package. NOTE: tracking is NOT a guarantee of delivery. The ONLY guarantee for delivery is Express mail.
