Footstool is 71cm wide by 43cm deep by 42cm high Floor to chair seat height is 43cm GORGEOUS vintage armchair and footstool. Danish origin - designer & maker unknown. Absolutely beautiful solid wood - it's either Teak or Aformosia, to be perfectly honest, I can't decide which. Is a really fantastic rich chocolate brown with black grain and a smooth silk-like feel to it, it really is a lovely lovely wood. This is a big imposing chair/footstool combination which will look amazing in any mid-century modern space. Fabulously comfortable! Fully re-upholstered with new inner foams throughout and then recovered with a silk/wool upholstery fabric. This is a fantastic fabric - I don't know which design house originally from but I bet it cost an absolute fortune. The texture is really lovely and the colour palette suits the wood on this chair to perfection. Our images are a really good representation of the colour but SWATCHES are available - send us your address & we will post out. In overall beautiful condition - solid , sturdy & sound. Free from any repair, damage or restoration and in original condition .All upholstery is NEW and therefore in MINT condition.
