Up for auction tonight is a rare ORIGINAL and early Made in Denmark EGG Chair OTTOMAN designed by Arne Jacobsen for the Fritz Hansen. Ottoman is structurally very good and its original black vinyl. Vinyl is in very good condition showing light wear from use over the past 42 years (based on serial number ) but overall, looking really good. in their original condition, the foam has dried a little bit but still soft and good for another 20years. The vinyl prevent the foam to dry versus a wool fabric.
