Offered is this very nice mid century secretary that measures 33" wide by 17.5" deep at the base by 9.5" deep at the top and it is 43" tall overall. The finish appears original and is in good condition. Just a small ink stain on the writing lid and a couple in the drawer bottoms. The top section has a unique hinged door that swings to cover either side. The left side has a cubby hole interior for filing. The half round piece you see in the picture at the ceiling area is the door stop. When the door swings to cover the left side, it reveals a mirror and an interior on the right side that used to have a shelf. We would be happy to replace the shelf for the winning bidder for only $15 upon request. There are a few very small screw holes on the back where something must have been mounted at sometime. The pull out writing surface has two small knobs and measures 31" wide by 15" deep and is 28" from the floor. The base section holds three dovetailed drawers. Terminating with a flared apron and four tapered legs. It can be shipped via common carrier to the 48 states (See Shipping Terms and Conditions), for only $225.
