I will be making the Aces, kings, Queens, Jacks and Joker of the playing cards- my style.
They will be art- not really intended/suited for playing, but then again, when it's yours-
you can do what you want with it.
Description:
ACEO/ATC is mini format measuring 2.5 x 3.5 inches.
These are hand cut by me, so they may be a slight hair off. Kinda like me.

MEDIA: Watercolor and ink
on 140 lb strathmore watercolor 400 series cold press paper
layer of gloss sprayed on top for protection and nice finish.
Signed and dated o8 by me (the artist) Lara Dann.
Comes in a plastic sleeve for added protection.
I combine shipping up to two pieces, just for the sake of safety-
If you feel strongly against this and really want to combine several more-
I won't be strict on this policy- however realize- I can't replace originals
if they get lost/stollen/damaged in shipment. I pack well and with care.

A little about me: I have been drawing ever since I was able to hold a pencil.
My grandmother, mother and father are all talented self-taught artists
I am a self taught; self-representing artist. I have created and sold works in
mixed media using pencil, colored pencil, and entemological specimens
real (butterflies; beetles etc) in the East Coast (upstate NY)
My friends and fanzies all used to call me the bug lady!
My background is in advertising design (freelance) private art school; not degree
I am a licensed Massage Therapist, since 1998
graduate of New York Institute of Massage in Buffalo NY.
specializing in deep tissue and chronic/acute care.
I love the study of human anatomy.
I am 37 now, residing in TN- married to a wonderful guy and we have two incredible children.
Now, I am trying my hand at watercolor for the first time. What Fun!
