The costumes, wings and accessories are made of exquisite, colorful fabrics and embellishments, and Danna's attention to detail extends to the handmade and painted polymer clay faces, hands and shoes. Arms and legs are movable, and the doll is approximately 7-inches tall.

PAYMENT

Payment is due upon winning an auction or completion of a Buy It Now transaction. Please pay promptly to avoid the risk of an unpaid item strike and to insure positive feedback.
The Barrington Garage accepts PayPal as well as personal checks and money orders. Mailing instructions are provided during checkout.
For personal checks and money orders, shipment may be held up to 10 days for funds clearance. A $30 fee applies for checks returned unpaid.
Please note that unpaid item reports are automatically filed after 7 days of non-payment. Bid retraction or transaction cancellation requests are not accepted.

SHIPPING

• Shipping methods and charges to all available destinations are provided by entering your ZIP or postal code in the shipping calculator included in this listing.
• All shipments include online tracking and coverage against loss or damage in transit.
• A $10 service charge/restocking fee will apply if a shipment is refused or returned to us due to an undeliverable address, and additional postage will be required for re-delivery.
• Orders for two items within seven days can be combined to save on shipping unless the listings states an exclusion from shipping discounts.
• The free shipping offer for three or more items applies only to in-stock merchandise (not special orders) purchased within a seven-day window and is for standard shipping (our choice of carrier) within the continental U.S.

CLAIMS & RETURNS

• Claims regarding damage or defects must be made within 5 days of receipt and you must retain the shipping box and all packaging material for claims processing. For issues covered by a manufacturer's warranty, you should contact them directly for service.
• Returns are accepted for a refund of the winning bid or Buy It Now price within 30 days of close date. Shrink-wrapped items such as DVDs or software can't be returned if opened. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and insured shipping for returns is the buyer's responsibility.
• Before sending your return, you must request a return authorization (RA) number to be included with your shipment. Complete return instructions will be included with the authorization. The item must be received in original condition with all original packaging and components. Refunds are usually processed in 3-5 business days. Returns arriving without an RA number, not in original condition, with components missing and/or after 30 days may be refused and returned to sender.

COLOR ACCURACY, PRODUCT AVAILABILITY and FEEDBACK

• Because computer monitors can vary greatly in how they display color, exact matches with posted photos aren't guaranteed.
• Even with computer tracking, maintaining a 100% accurate count of our large inventory is a significant challenge. In rare instances, an item may prove to be unavailable due to a data-entry error, software glitch, discovery of unexpected damage, etc. Should this occur, you will be issued a full refund of all charges and offered free standard domestic shipping (not oversize or expedited) on your next purchase (within 30 days).
