We will never sell you a bootleg or import item!

 All of our domestic items ship out within 48-72 hours of payment (unless item is a pre-sale)!

All U.S customers will receive FREE delivery confirmation! 

We work hard to make sure your package is shipped in the safest possible manner and most efficient way. 

We reserve the right to ship items from a 3rd party supplier if necessary.

All payments must be in US Dollars only,  and drawn on a US bank.  NO PAYMENTS IN FOREIGN CURRENCY WILL BE ACCEPTED.  WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE BANK TRANSFERS, SORRY.

We welcome international business but will only put accurate information on customs forms. Any duty or taxes charged by your government or postal service are your responsibility.

International items may take up to 4 weeks to arrive, depending upon delays at customs. 

For your safety and ours, insurance is mandatory for all international orders.

Our Shipping and handling fees include the cost of the postage, shipping materials, time, and any necessary paperwork.  They do not include any taxes or duty - those are charged by and collected by the individual Country.

We want all of our buyers to be satisfied with their purchase.

If you purchase a new, sealed item, and the item is defective upon opening, we will gladly replace the item!

 However, THE ORIGINAL DEFECTIVE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED TO US, WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, before we will issue any replacement. 

Items must be mailed through the US postal service, first class or media mail only. 

Do not return the item via priority, parcel post, express, or with any other carrier or it will be at your expense.

Open items cannot be returned unless defective,  for a replacement.

We will inspect the items for our seller's mark before a replacement is issued.  Please contact us BEFORE you send you item back.

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT.

Unpaid items will be reported to eBay after 7 days and sent to our collection agency after 30 days.
