This adorable dress is by AMY TOO (BYER CALIFORNIA). The print is a soft floral in green, mauve and yellow with sheer sleeves. There appears to be a bolero jacket over the dress but this is all one piece. It zips in the back.
The fabric is a polyester/cotton blend - machine wash/tumble dry.
Size 8: Chest measurement 26", Length 28"
