Lenses change automatically - they get darker in the sunlight (check out my picture below to see how dark they get in direct sunlight), then they turn to Cadmium Yellow for nighttime riding!

Cadmium Yellow, sometimes referred to as a "blue-blocker" because it keeps blue light from entering the lens, is the top color choice for motorcycle night riding. It decreases haze, and makes objects appear sharper, with more contrast. NO need to switch lenses or glasses! One pair does it all for 24 hours a day!

This is how they work: Our Cadmium Yellow Photochromatic lenses react to ultraviolet (UV) light. When the wearer is exposed to UV, the photochromatic molecules that are deeply embedded in the lens begin to change shape, making the lens darker for daytime use. When UV exposure ends, the molecules resume their normal shape and go back to their original color, cadmium yellow.

Additionally, our glasses are equipped with optical-quality, polycarbonate shatter-proof, anti-fog lenses with full UVA/UBA protection, and are fully padded with EVA Foam to protect your eyes from tearing.
