There are no elevators or stairs to deal with ( and if your like me, thats a definate plus and a great ammenity in itself ). It is also a great safety feature especially when you bring the children because there are no balcony's to worry about and also adds a lot more time for the reason your here, and thats to have !! FUN. So please do not settle for less. You will also appreciate having a front entrance & rear private patio entrance with front and rear parking right outside your doors. You won't believe how convenient that is until you enjoy having it. This beachfront resort is located on South Atlantic Ave. (A1A) Daytona Beach, Florida located just 3/4 of a mile south of the Main Street Pier, The Oceanwalk Village, & the Ocean Center, and are within walking distance to just about everything Daytona Beach has to offer for a memorable vacation. You are also just a short 5 miles from the Daytona Beach Speedway. My custom remodeled studio condominium features tile throughout ( not a stinky, smelly, whats in it carpet like everywhere else), a full bath, an eat in kitchen with view of ocean ( see photo from kitchen window ) and with all the appliances you will ever need during your stay. You get a high definition flat screen tv with dvd player and free direct tv with HBO"S, ESPN"S, and more. You also get internet accesss through a local telephone service provided in the condo or wireless broadband on the patio or in in the front lobby provided at no extra charge, so please do bring your laptop or computer because you can stay connected here. You get a full size refrigator, a cooktop stove, a large built in microwave, heat and air conditioning. This is as good as it can get. This resort features an on site laundry facility just a few feet away, a totally equipped exercise room, and a new york style resturant. There is even a 7 eleven right accross A1A. There are 2 large swimming pool's and a kiddy pool on the giant ocean front deck. The kiddy pool and the 10 foot deep end pool that are shown together in the photo are both heated when it's cold out. The beachfront deck has barbaque grills and picnic tables right on the beach. There is even a tiki bar for your total enjoyment. The beach is second to none. Excellent for bike riding, Frisbee throwing, walking, or just about anything else you can think of to do on the beach. My condominium will sleep up to 4 people with a very comfortable murphy hideaway bed with a nice thick firm serta mattress and a comfortable pull out queen size sofa bed. You will love this because the hideaway beds provide a fantastic ammenity of being a great living area by day and a bedroom for 4 at night. That is such a great ammenity because you can simply hideaway your unmade beds instead of tripping over them all day like you would in most all faclities. The photo's I provide you show's all the detail's. And yes that is a leather recliner. Your check in time at my condo is 10 am on your arrival day and your checkout time is 11 am on your departure day. I feel when you pay for 24 hr day's, you should get 24 hr. days. No late afternoon check in's or early check out here. At my condo you do. Your first day is a full day. You will have the best time here because there is so much to do you will never be bored and are going to hate to leave. There are fantastic night club's like the famous Ocean Deck just a 1/2 mile up the beach on the beach, a new free sunsplash park 1/4 mile up the beach on the beach ( great for the kids and the whole family ), There's ATV rentals and anything and everything else you want to rent right on the beach. There is even beach parasailing on the beach when in season ( you should definately try that ). There are great resturant's everywhere, and ton's of shopping. There is even a beachfront car washing area to keep the salt off. You see, when you stay at our condo you are just considered just the owner staying there. The front desk and everyone else that works at the resort do not know you are there. The only person that knows you are there is me and my wife and the only one that has your payment info is paypal or the payment option of your choice. That's a security ammenity that you won't get anywhere. You are the lucky one because it really doesn't get better than this when it comes to getting a great vacation destination and location. To top it off, a fantastic rate. You see my wife and I just want to be able to keep it so we can stay there too when we want. Please take note again that I am the private owner of this condo and all of the transaction detail's will be directly with me through ebay where everything is documented and recorded for our protection. This is probably the safest and easiest reservation you can make. This condo is our private second home and I would expect to recieve absolute respect for my personal property.
