Here for sale is the amazing new Imperial from the Premier line of DBZ
guitars. The Imperial is a radical new design straight from the mind of
Mr. Zelinsky himself. The 1st thing you'll notice about this guitar is
its unusual dimensions. The footprint is reminiscent of a vintage style
semi hollow body but at it's thickest is just about 1.5"! These
dimensions in addition to the deeply carved top and back make the
guitar very light weight and really comfortable to play. The body is
solid mahogany with a maple cap on the flame top models. The neck is a
really nice soft "V" shape that has a great robust feel to it without
being too bulky. The pickups have a vintage character to them and are
clearly voiced after the sought after P.A.F.'s of the 1950's but they
offer a bit broader range and can handle some serious gain in addition
to warm clean tones. These pickups are specifically voiced for this
guitar. In addition to sound and playability the guitar looks awesome!
The flame top models utilize some of the nicest pieces of figured maple
that we've seen on guitars in this price range and the plain top models
have a ton of abalone trim. As with all the DBZ guitars, the factory
set up is just perfect and the guitar play great right out of the box.
