By bidding on my auctions you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. These are partly due to non-paying bidders but also in response to new regulations instated by ebay.

• No International bidders please. I do not ship outside the US
• Paypal Only. Please no requests for checks or money orders
• No returns. Due to the nature of collectibles all sales are final. If you are concerned with damage occurring during transit I suggest requesting insurance on USPS shipments or selecting UPS which includes up to $100 damage coverage.
• Email is required within 24 hours of auction end to finalize sale details and when you will submit payment. This is need to know information and not required if paying within 24 hours. Basically I just need to you to confirm your intent to buy.
• Payment is required within 3 days of auction end unless a different arrangement is made in the email communication at auction end. Due to recent changes in ebay I will be stricter on this. If no communication received and no payment received in 3 days I will file a non-paying bidder claim. To avoid this, just email me. This is in response to the ebay policy preventing sellers from leaving negative feedback for buyers who are problematic.
• I reserve the right to cancel your bid for any reason although I have never had to do this.
• Bidders with 0 feedback, no auction history but with a valid paypal account are welcome but please note the above regulations. I will be more forgiving with new buyers since you’re new to this but not much. Bidders with low feedback, negative feedback, no pay strikes or any other negative history on their accounts should not bid.

I try to be as honest and fair as possible. I try to keep my pricing as low as I can to be profitable. I have over 100 feedback and I have 100% positive feedback for a reason. I ship as soon as possible and I pack securely. I work a day job as well so sometimes I’m not able to make the post office until a Saturday, in rare instances the following Saturday. Delays are not intentional but in some cases are an unfortunate reality. Please, let me know if your win is an intended gift or you have limited time to wait, I’ll work out a solution as best as I can. I can combine shipments, please email me with the auction descriptions and destination address and I will get you a shipping cost. I ship via UPS ground.
