The dark things cannot stand the light of Alan Scott, the original Green Lantern. This figure stands 6.25" tall with eleven points of articulation and wears a non-removable soft vinyl cape. Each figure comes packaged with a scale-sized power battery and a one-size-fits-all PVC Golden Age-style power ring. Packaged in a new, 4-color blister pack. Figure is in new condition on sealed card. Card is in NM/MT condition.

I will not be held responsible for misunderstandings caused by not reading and following the Guidelines.
By bidding on my auction, you are agreeing to the following terms:
- NEW BIDDERS: Bidders with less than 2 positive feedbacks MUST contact me prior to bidding. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of your bid.
- INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: I will accept bids from International bidders. You must abide by all auction guidelines as described here. PayPal is the ONLY accepted payment method for International bidders. Shipping is through the United States Postal Service and shipping times may vary based upon the destination country. Please note: I have no way of tracking International shipments. I have had extremely few problems with International shipping, but can not be responsible for items lost in the mail.
- CONDITION OF ITEM: Unless otherwise stated in the auction details, each item posted is New in Sealed Packaging.
- Statues, busts or any other item that is in closed-box packaging - I do NOT open these items for inspection prior to shipping unless SPECIFICALLY requested by the winning bidder. Some people want to receive their items sealed. If you do not request that the item be inspected, I will not be responsible for the condition of the contents.
- Videos & DVDs - Unless otherwise noted in the item description above, all videos and DVDs are brand new, unused and shrink-wrapped. I do not check them for playability prior to shipping as they are sealed. If the winning bidder requests that I check the item prior to shipping, I will. If not, I will ship as-is and am not responsible for the condition of the item. I can not accept returns on these items.
- E-MAIL RESPONSE TIME: I typically respond to e-mails within 24-48 hours, however, I generally do not respond to e-mails over the weekend (hey, everybody deserves a weekend, right?)
- PICTURES POSTED WITH AUCTION: I occasionally post pictures that are used by distributors for initial solicitation of the item. Sometimes, the final product may differ slightly from the picture. If the picture used shows the item in package, it is one I have taken myself.
- Expect a High Bidder Confirmation e-mail within 24-36 hours unless "Buy It Now" is used over the weekend.
- If you do not receive your confirmation e-mail, please contact me.
- Payment must be received within 10 days of the end of the auction - see payment policies below. If payment is not received within 10 days, the item will be relisted.
- Feedback is your shipping notification. It will be posted when your item has shipped. Please do not email looking for status until more than 7 days have passed. It may not receive a response.
- I hold on to Delivery Confirmation numbers and shipping receipts for 30 days. Please notify me within 30 days if you have any issue with your shipment.
YES! I DO CONSOLIDATE SHIPPING - HERE IS HOW:
* Any items purchased within 7 days of each other are eligible to shipped together (if your first purchase is on Wednesday, I will consolidate shipping on anything purchased through the following Tuesday).
* Once all of the auctions you are interested in have completed, please send a request for invoice through eBay.
* I will package everything into as few shipping boxes as possible, calculate shipping costs via USPS (including Delivery Confirmation), add $1 handling fee per shipping box NOT PER ITEM like a lot of sellers, and send you the total.
* Please wait for the invoice before paying. Please do not pay the non-consolidated total and expect me to refund the difference.
- Shipping charges are calculated based upon actual weight and are shown in the auction information above. Shipping charges will be calculated via the USPS shipping calculator and I add $1 handling.
- Shipping rates for U.S. customers are for USPS and Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is optional and extra.
- Due to the Postal Service's new "cubic foot" rule, I reserve the right to substitute Parcel Post for Priority Mail in instances where the shipping charges "balloon" due to size and destination. IF THIS HAPPENS and the Parcel Post rate is cheaper than what you were charged, the difference will be refunded.
- Items will ship within one week of receiving payment. I try to get them out quicker, but I can not promise anything better due to my work schedule.
- Payment must be received within 10 days of the end of the auction - see payment policies below. If payment is not received within 12 days, the item will be relisted.
Preferred Method of Payment:
- Money Order - PLEASE include the item number, auction title and your shipping information on a separate piece of paper inside the envelope.
Other acceptable forms of Payment:
- PayPal - PLEASE NOTE:I will ONLY ship to the "Ship To" address provided on the PayPal statement. IF YOU NEED TO SHIP THE ITEM
TO ANOTHER PERSON, PLEASE USE THE "Add Address" FUNCTION AND SELECT "Gift Address".
- Payments by PayPal after 9:00pm eastern or on the weekend are considered received on the next business day.
PLEASE Winners of multiple auctions need to make a single payment for all auctions. PLEASE WAIT for your invoice.
