COMBINED SHIPPING: We always combine shipping any any eligible items (some extremely large items and/or factory cases cannot be combined as they must ship alone). The combined shipping is calculated as follows: the full flat shipping rate is charged for the largest item, then 60% of the flat rate shipping for each item thereafter.
