The KB Electronics KBMM-225D is a 115/230 VAC rated 12 Amps RMS @ 45C. The control is designed for 90 & 180 VDC PM & Shunt motors. It will control motors between 1/100-1.5 HP (3.0 HP w/aux. Heat sink) by inserting the proper Plug-in Horsepower Resistor. Speed range is 50:1 with load regulation of 1%. Features include: AC Line fuse and Armature Fuse holder, Auto Inhibit, Voltage Following, MOV transient protection, 5K speed pot and trimpot adjustments for Min, Max, Accel, Decel, IR and CL.

This item came from salesman's display stock. Never has been used. It does not have literature. Will need resistor and fuses based on your need. I would say it was manufactured prior to 2004.
