Payments due within 7 days of auction close via Paypal or money order (US domestic only).  Paypal E-Checks must clear prior to shipping.  If you elect to pay via money order, please include your name, address and item number.  Neglecting to do so may delay the processing of your order by 7 days.

 International payments via Paypal only with no exceptions.  All international orders totalling $20 or more now require insurance as we will not cover loss due to theft or damage by mail carriers.

Please note that we will only ship to the confirmed address registered with Paypal so make sure that your address is correct.  If you require shipment to an alternate address, you will have to send a money order.  This is at times a pain, but it is to protect you against identity theft and credit card fraud.

We usually ship the same day as payment is received via USPS (depending on what time payment is received and if there is a postal holiday).  We have been in the shipping business for over 18 years and will make sure that your items are packaged securely and appropriately.  Be sure that your address is correct as we will not pay to reship items which are returned to us because of an incorrect address that you provided.  We will ship everywhere except Italy due to unusually long delivery times and high incidence of theft.

Once we tender your order, we do not have control over the postal service.  International shipments may take between 4-10 days or more depending on location. 

Returns

We will gladly take returns on items provided that we are notified within 2 days of receipt, return shipping is paid by the buyer (we must receive the item(s) within 7 days after purchase) and the item(s) are in their factory sealed and saleable condition.   Upon inspecting the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund less the original shipping charges. 

Feedback

We are fast shippers, but we are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by any carrier.  Before leaving neutral/negative feedback regarding this, please note the root cause of a delay.  We should not be getting feedback meant for the carrier.  Our automated feedback system will post feeback for you as soon as it is posted for us.

Insurance

   We highly recommend insurance and it is optional on most listings that we offer.  We absolutely will not replace lost, stolen or damaged items which are not insured.  If you are not mature enough to accept liability for loss/damage due to carrier, DO NOT BID ON OUR LISTINGS!!!  We will not be subject to feedback extortion to replace your uninsured items and offenders will be reported to Ebay and blocked from bidding on any of our future auctions.
