In the unlikely event your memory arrives damaged or not working, please call 888-277-5227 for free technical support. For U.S. customers, replacements are provided and shipped at no cost to you (within 30 days of receipt). We even include a pre-paid return label for the original shipment!

International customers (including those in U.S. territories) must send the order back before a replacement will be sent. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
