SHIPPING, INSURANCE, TAXES, REFUNDS and such
Shipping:	Usually via USPS. Small philatelic items are sent by 1st class mail (typically $2 in US, $3 to the rest of the world). Registered mailing overseas: add $10.80 to cover registration fee. Contact me if you prefer other carrier. Multiple wins can be combined. This typically results in lower shipping costs
Insurance:	$2.60 for first $200, $4.60 for $200-300, $0.90 for each additional $100 or portion thereof. Required if item is paid through PayPal unless shipping method includes proof of delivery, recommended but optional otherwise. Insurance is purchased privately for foreign destinations. RETURNS:	Items described individually ("single lots") with faults not mentioned in description, and not seen in provided images may be returned for a refund within 7 days from receipt but not later than 30days after the day of sale. Lots described as collections, accumulations, or groups, and lots described "as is" are not returnable. Normal postal wear, light creases and tears are expected on old covers and not a reason for return even if not mentioned. Image colors depend on lighting and other factors and are expected to differ to some degree from original colors. Material is sold as genuine, unless described "as is". Expertization requests should be made at time of sale. Lots sent for expertization must be paid in full. Experts must be agreed upon by both sides, and expertization performed within 90 days from the day of sale, if you need more time, contact me before bidding, we will work something out. Refund is issued in the amount of purchase price less unrecoverable eBay/PayPal fees (currently, these are recoverable for 30 days). Shipping/handling fees are not recoverable. Reimbursement for expert fees in case of negative opinion: lesser of actual cost, or $25.
